Customer Service
Our primary commitment is to customer choice, understanding each client has a unique business objective and personal brand. Our driving philosophy is to continue creating programs that provide opportunities for our customers to grow their business with ease.
SLA Definitions

Enrollment Start Date
Each service contract starts the date that programs are selected and client lists uploaded. The scope of the contract deliverables is individually based and defined by the customers’ selections respectively.

Program Initiation Date
Each program initiation date is defined by when a customer’s mail list is finalized and verified. The customer will be notified via email of the initiation date of their program.

Relationship Manager (RM)
The customer is the one in charge! We believe so strongly in customer choice that we refer to our customers as Relationship Managers (RM). They choose how and when their clients are communicated with.

Account Representative (AR)
An AR will be available to work with each Relationship Manager and will contact the RM within 72 business hours of enrollment. They are a resource to assist in creating the perfect program for your clients and driving your business objectives.

Program Deliverables
Direct mail and gift items are customized upon order. Direct mail will take approximately 2 weeks to personalize and ship. Gift items will take 3 – 5 weeks to order, customize, package and ship.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling is included in the pricing for all standard packages.

Payment Terms
Payment will be accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or echeck upon online check out. Payment initiates your personalized program creation and is considered the acceptance and initiation of the terms within.

Duration and Termination of Service
Each program or service contract is set up for the duration of 1 year from the initiation date to allow for flexibility with your ever changing client list. Programs are non-transferable and customized gifts are non-refundable.

Refunds
Programs are fully refundable within 48-hours from the original ‘enrollment start date’. (See above) There will be a 5% administrative fee assessed on all terminated programs, based on the total order value.

Gift orders are non-refundable after the 48-hour grace period referenced above. All gift programs will be sent to your contact address upon termination of your account. Mailings will be refunded at the production price of $1.50 per card per enrolled program.

The remainder of the program value encapsulates service, database and technology to operate your programs. These services are non-refundable.

Warranties
The client approval process has been built into every aspect of ordering programs. Personalization of mail pieces and gift selection, "the service contract," will be reviewed and approved online by each client. The client's approval of the layout and order delivery scope during enrollment process will be accepted or declined at time of online payment. The payment submittal is acknowledgment of acceptance of the service contract, all warranties and terms of use of this agreement, and is considered a binding agreement for the duration of the service contract.
